Epirubicin

Epirubicin
Epirubicin HCL Injection is indicated as a component of adjuvant therapy in patients that have evidence of auxillary node tumor involvement following resection of primary breast cancer. Epirubicin is used after surgery to help destroy cancer cells that were not removed during surgery. This therapy is used to decrease chances that the breast cancer will relapse or spread to other parts of the body and helps eliminate undetected cancer cells. Epirubicin is used in two different breast cancer treatment regimens: FEC and E-CMF.
